Track your order

The Rolliee ships directly from our international warehouse. As a result, the shipment may take a little longer than you are used to and that is why we have chosen to make the shipping costs free. Therefore, take into account an average delivery time of 10-18 working days to the Netherlands and 12-20 working days to Belgium. This is from the moment of ordering.

It can of course happen that an order is delayed. Have you not yet received your Rolliee  3 days after the expected delivery times - stated above? Then please contact us.

How do I track my order?
From the moment that our supplier has delivered your Rollieeto the postal company  the Track & Trace information - we have sent you the Track & Trace code via email - available via:

Belgian customers:

Dutch customers:

(Don't forget to check the box next to "Translate: Dutch" to translate the information into Dutch.)

Note: it will take a few days - after your order  has been shipped - before the Track & Trace information is available.
